PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

In 2025, the FDA approved Butterfly Pea Flower Extract for use as a food colorant. Butterfly Pea Flower Extract is a blue pigment derived from the petals of the Clitoria ternatea plant, a legume. It is produced through the water extraction of dried butterfly pea petals, with anthocyanins being its core ingredient.
