The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) issued document 10.2903/j.efsa.2017.4777, which allows cranberry extract powder as a new food ingredient according to Regulation (EC) No.258/97.
Cranberry is small, tart, bright-red berries that are a popular treat, especially during the holiday season. Fresh cranberries are ruby red coloured berries that grow wild on shrubs throughout northern Europe and North America. They are high in vitamin C, vitamin D, iron and potassium and provide many health benefits.

Cranberry extract powder is rich in vitamins and amino acids as well as minerals needed by human body. It can reduce serum cholesterol and cerebral arteriosclerosis, delay the aging of the body and provide immunity for the body.
Application
