Range of application Usage and dosage
Ground meat or sausage (poultry) 0.01~~0.03% of meat weight shall be dissolved in water firstly, add the aqueous solution in the process of mashing or stirring
Poultry meat 0.01~~0.03% of meat weight shall be dissolved in water firstly, add rosmarinic acid antioxidant to marinade or saline water for soaking or filling treatment
Ham, bacon 0.01~~0.03% of meat weight shall be dissolved in water firstly, add the aqueous solution in the process of mashing or stirring
Beef meat 0.01~~0.03% of meat weight shall be dissolved in water firstly, for soaking or filling treatment
Dehydrated meat 0.01~~0.03% of meat weight shall be dissolved in water firstly, add the aqueous solution in the process of mashing or stirring
Fish and aquatic products 0.01~~0.03% of meat weight shall be dissolved in water firstly, for soaking or filling treatment
